Sunnyboy finally found a new friend named Peter that he managed to meet up on one fine Sunday. He went up to Olio Dome at Borders to meet up with Peter. Peter was not alone, there he was with another friend Benjamin. The three of them sat at Olio Dome for a short chat, it was approaching evening by then. Peter asked if Melvin wanted to join them for clubbing at Venom. Melvin had no idea where was that although he had passed by that club at Pacific Plaza countless time when he’s travelling inside the bus. “Erm.. Maybe next Sunday? I’m not properly dressed up.” replied Melvin. From that, he parted with Peter and Benjamin for home.

The fateful Sunday finally came, with quite a long queue into the club. It was the first time Melvin had stepped into a gay themed club on Sundays. The music and people were unfamiliar to him however he found the drag performance quite interesting. He began to enjoy clubbing since then. Following that, Sunnyboy made more and more friends through Peter. Every of his friends knew him as Sunnyboy. He would go clubbing every weekend in almost a group of ten people, and hopping from one pub to the other.
Then Melvin’s next big step into exposure was mIRC. He made more new friends from there. Nicknames that come and go, nicknames that are frequently seen, nicknames that parked there twenty-four seven. Melvin was amazed.
