Some say that during a dry spell season, there will be rainbow at times.
But will there be people who will remain to wait for the season to pass, or will they run after the rainbow?
Come to think of it, why would there be a rainbow when there is a dry spell? Is it the rainbow's appearance that caused the dry spell? Or its appearance is just coincidental?
