8 Days In Malaysia

Been to Malaysia for 8 days last week... With my parents, first aunty, second aunty and her husband...

Started from Sunday where we leave Singapore in the morning for Mersing where my mom's hometown is, no traffic jam at the checkpoint and we drove for the next 3 hours. Stayed over for the night before setting off the next day. Mersing is quite a small town with, erm, boring life...

We set off for Kemaman which is near to Kuantan, with close to 4 hours driving. Luckily the weather was good and the road condition is not too bad, except that there were traffic police hiding at some places so we could not really exceed the speed limit. Haha... Reached my third uncle's place before the sky got darken into evening.

Kemaman is much bigger than Mersing, with more shops and other entities. And of course, more bengs.. Haha... =x

Finally got to drive up to Genting. Took us about 3 hours plus to reach to the top and settle down at First World Hotel. My cousin got two rooms for free thanks to her World Card points, and of course, the rooms are pathetically small. I had stayed in such rooms in First World Hotel before so I knew what to expect while the rest of the gang complained and complained. Haha.

I just loved going to the casino. Not because I love to gamble, it's because I'm always being asked for identification check everytime. Hehehe. Oh yeah, for the first time, I've won money!

Drove back to Kemaman in the late afternoon and reached destination close to 8.oo pm... Tired!

Left Kemaman for Mersing to stay over a night.

Decided to visit Kluang, a small town that can link you to other towns like Yong Peng, Segamat, Batu Bahat, etc. At the same time, fourth Uncle bought stuff to re-stock for his stall there. Went back to Mersing after 45 minutes of driving...

Finally going back to Singapore! Miss those zi char food and bbq fish! Gonna plan for another trip during Chinese New Year lah! Hahaha~
